If anyone comes here wanting to mention a synergy, please check if the information is in the wiki first, and if it's not, either add it there or warn me. +Void: Triggers the wisp effects of all absorbed items, that seems REALLY good.ĮDIT: I haven't been updating this for a while now, as I only needed it for launch week when the wiki wasn't very complete.

It's a one time use item, but with book of virtues you can use it anytime you got a charge. "erase" an enemy from entire game, you throwing it at the spider, no more spiders in the whole run. +Eraser: With Book of Virtues you can use Eraser infinitely. +Slot Machine (I forgot the name): Gives you random wisps in exchange for money. Also since the charge time for tear detonator is during the room you can always have a max amount of orbitals firing. When an orbital is destroyed it activates a tammy’s head effect which can be detonated repeatedly using soul hearts. Akeldama: Will bust tears generated by Akeldama into Isaacs current tears. It then shows a Shopkeeper in the same room, who cracks. Greed Mode Ending (Afterbirth): Isaac is trapped in a cave-in, and hangs himself shortly after. Luck-based effects from items such as Tough Love or Holy Light are applied individually to each tear. Blue Womb Ending (Afterbirth): Isaac's mother discovers Isaac's remains in his toy chest, before cutting to Isaac waking up in the underworld, with a shadowy, demon-like figure looming over him. Once activated, all tears in the air split into 6 more tears in all directions, which retain their damage, and shot speed.

+Poop: Bugged acording to a comment, if you take it as her you lose the book. Tear Detonator is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth. +Mothers bracelet: You can get infinite (8) wisps by using it repeatedly.

+BFFS: Kinda bugged for now, as it massively increases the size of the wisps (they literally cast a shadow on the entire room), but other than that, it works as you'd expect. You just get a random wisp, and beacause it has a 2 room charge, it can get pretty funky pretty quick.
